Nice hotel close to Team Lab Planets.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and the hotel was beautiful. The luxury bath facilities were also beautiful. The staff were terrific.

The dinner we ate there wasn't great. We recommend eating dinner somewhere else.

Great location far from the city noise.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good, more options that what I expected. The staff were really friendly and nice. The area is amazing is really quiet. this hotel was the hotel I stayed in my first night in Japan, so having a quiet area without that city noise is really refreshing. Had the perfect night sleep after all that chaotic day traveling around. Unfortunately I did not used the onsen cause I’m shy but next time I will try it out haha.

Best place to recover from jetlag and pamper yourself in comfort and amazing food.

I LOVE the toilet being in a separate room from the shower and soaking tub. It helped that I would shower and leave the tub filled so we could all take advantage of soaking after our shower without having to fill the tub and empty it out every time we bathed. The beds were amazing and comfortable, the lighting was very well controlled for every part of the room. The blackout curtains were better than any other hotel we stayed because they had a velcro that attached to the wall and kept the room pitch-black. This helped for our first night after 21 hours of traveling. We were able to recover. The staff was very professional and very accommodating, and the toiletries provided with other amenities were great. I regret not having to have prepaid for the breakfast package, but I still paid for it on the days I came in and I found their options superb where there were options for building a Japanese breakfast and every other type of breakfast that you could imagine. They had vegetables and soups, even Japanese Curry, one of the best I've tasted so far, snacks, juices, you name it. We ate like royalty, which we needed to be able to spend entire days walking around Tokyo and commuting all day. Hands down the best breakfast options in all of the hotels we stayed in Japan. The washlet/bidet was great! The water pressure could be adjusted, so was the wand positioning and the toilet brand was a very good one. The hotel brought comfort of a traditional Japanese home to us and we loved it. The hotel is very close to the train station, which made moving around Tokyo very easy. Several shops and high quality food restaurants surround it as well, so it is a perfect place to stay when you don't want to be in the middle of the hellish action around your place to sleep like Shinjuku or any other crazy place like that.

There were only four washers for the laundry and I witnesses fights over the usage as they only had five washing machines for this huge hotel. If the customers forgot them and went to sleep there was no way of asking for the machines and I didn't find a place nearby to do laundry. I remember being exhausted from touring all day to spend hours waiting for the machine even monitoring it over the TV in the room to find that there were people lining up and fighting over who was next, sometimes up until 2 AM. This really soured my experience as the hotel should have more washing machines for the number of rooms they have. Not the hotel's fault but the water was harsh and in less than a day my skin was turning ashy from the heavy chemicals used in Tokyo. My hair became brittle from the conditions of the water in that area so I had to moisturize heavily and after a week it was not a good experience for my hair and skin. I wanted to use the indoor hot spring, but the clientele was so rude and strange that even though it clearly states that you have to wear your yukata and slippers for the bathhouse in the hotel, I would find them roaming the lobby and smoking in front of the hotel in the same slippers that is to be used indoors. A mob of people would go in and take over the changing room, fight for space and really make the experience strange. I tried to go in and I walked away to go soak in my own tub in the room with the harsh water that was peeling my skin instead of dealing with the rude and dirty customers that didn't care about house rules or the comfort of others. I don't know how the hotels handles these types of of behavior. It was too much to be honest.

Terrific, new and clean high quality stay

Upon arriving to the hotel the staff were very well trained and the rooms were very clean and comfy. I asked one of the staff to organise a taxi the night before to pick me up and take me to Haneda airport within 30sec it was booked and all on time early in the morning. Terrific breakfast very good value with some much variety with ice cream machines and all superb! I would highly recommend staying here for the last few nights. Only 3 stops to Tokyo station.

Location is very quiet with not alot around the area. If you want to go to Shinjuku or shibuya it's very far away and at least 3 train transfers. Great location for Disneyland goers. It was a nice and quiet area for our last few nights in Tokyo very happy otherwise.

Breakfast was high-quality and give us a variety of options to choose from. Amenities were readily available.

Due to the number of guests, they need to increase their laundry machine quantity and upgrade their dryers to dry out our clothes successfully. We had to dry our clothes for over three hours and “fight“ for dryer space

Beautiful hotel a bit far away from the action

Lovely clean hotel with super spacious rooms. The smell as soon as you step into reception is divine. And loved the Family Mart downstairs. We had a late flight out of Tokyo- the staff were happy to hold our bags for us and called us a taxi as we'd bought too much stuff and couldn't face the subway... so checkout was flawless.

I hadn't realised quite how far away Shiomi was from the action. As other reviews noted, it was only a short trip to Disneyland but we weren't going there... and to get back into most places we wanted to visit was generally 30-40 mins with a few station changes.

It was very enjoyable. Great staff. Great food. Really.

Breakfast fantastic with wonderful Japanese options. Very quiet Fantastic sauna and baths for men. For women it’s a steam room and no sauna and great baths. Love it!

Nothing Not very close to central Tokyo but short hop on underground which is cheap. Hint. If you’re changing lines on the metro buy tickets separately at the station it masses cheaper.

Convenient location, comfortable, good value hotel with onsen.

Good value comfortable rooms that are not too small considering it is Tokyo. Convenient location 4 min. walk to Shiomi metro line (that is a few stops from Tokyo station) and convenience stores (where you can get the usual excellent cheap food), nice onsen in the basement, easy check in and out.
